Jim will be responsible for our overall services to your companies and
will act as your client service executive. He will be involved with
management in all phases of the engagement and will provide supervision
and guidance to all staff members.
Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting
and Finance from the Ohio State University in 1993. Since then, he has
worked locally with Elsea, Collins & Company, CPAs until merging
with Bodine Perry, LLC in 2008. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified
Public Accountants and the AICPA Business Valuation and Forensic &
Litigation Services section.
Jim is the managing member of the Columbus office. He has over 17 years
experience providing tax and accounting services to large professional
corporations and partnerships. He has worked extensively with service
based businesses including restaurants, professional services firms, in
addition to manufacturers and construction contractors. He also
provides expertise in consulting on various business matters with an
emphasis on start-ups, buy-sell issues, and debt financing. Jim has
formed many strong relationships over the years, which allow him to
assist with financing and many other issues facing businesses.
Jim serves on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations and resides in Dublin, Ohio.
