Jerry received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from
Youngstown State University in 1997. With more than 14 years of experience
in the industry, Jerry has an extensive background in providing accounting,
auditing, tax, forensic, and consulting services to manufacturing, non-profit,
medical, automotive, wholesale and contracting organizations.
Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners, the Mahoning Valley Chapter of CPA's and AICPA section
of Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services. In addition to his
professional affiliations, Jerry is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and
the Wolves Den.
Jerry manages the firm's Accounting and Auditing Department. His experience
has included auditing public and non-public entities, non-profit organizations
and pension plans. He also provides business and tax consultation, internal
control reviews and fraud and litigation services. As a Certified Fraud Examiner,
Jerry is responsible for resolving a wide range of allegations and white-collar
crime. He also has the expertise to obtain evidence, take statements, write
reports, testify to findings and assist in all aspects of detecting and preventing
white-collar crime.
