Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown
State University in 1990. He has worked locally and in Pittsburgh, PA with two
regional accounting firms gaining extensive knowledge in a variety of industries.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dan is the managing member of the firm, and in addition, manages the
accounting and auditing department. He has provided accounting and
management consulting services to all types of clientele for more than 20 years,
with an emphasis on manufacturing, construction, medical practice, service
industry clients and non-profit organizations.
In addition to his management role, Dan also provides expertise in consulting on
various business matters with an emphasis on practice structure and overhead
sharing arrangements, buy-sell issues, profit enhancement, debt structuring and
financing. Dan has formed many strong relationships with local bankers and
attorneys over the years, which allow him to assist with financing and many other
issues facing small businesses.
